- Return policy
- Returns Due to Our Error:
We accept returns caused by our mistakes and will cover the shipping cost. This includes the following scenarios:
* If you receive a different part number from what was ordered (excluding part number changes).
* If the part received is damaged.
Non-Returnable:
Returns due to customer reasons are not accepted. We also cannot accept returns if the wrong part number was ordered. Please double-check the part number before ordering.
Disputes:
In cases where the customer's claim differs from ours, refunds will be processed through PayPal.
- Shipping fee for return
- We will not charge the returning shipping fee if it's our fault. eg. wrong parts, damaged parts. However, The returning shipping is at your cost if the reason is your fault.
- Items Not for Sale
- We do not handle items restricted by air transport (e.g., fuel tanks, carburetors), main frames, or parts containing oil or gas (e.g., shock absorbers). These will be marked as "Not available" in the quotation requests.
- About Ordering Yamaha Parts
- When ordering Yamaha parts, we may require the frame number. While some models can be ordered without it, not providing the frame number when needed may hinder procuring the part. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- About Order Limit
- Order Limit: The maximum amount for a single order is 200,000 yen (excluding shipping). If your order exceeds this limit, please split it into multiple orders.
- No Wholesale Transactions
- We do not handle items restricted by air transport (e.g., fuel tanks, carburetors), main frames, or parts containing oil or gas (e.g., shock absorbers). These will be marked as "Not available" in the quotation requests.
- Customs clearance
- Regarding custom clearance, you need to follow your country's custom rule. Please confirm the custom rule in your country again before place the order. Our price is not included any kind of Tax duty. *Please note that JP-Parts can not support your country's custom clearance and can not take any responsibilities about custom clearance in your country.
- Customer Promise
- At JP-Parts, we are committed to maintaining a positive relationship with our customers and strive to prevent any issues before they occur. In the unlikely event that a problem arises with a customer, we promise to work towards a fair and smooth resolution. However, in unexpected and difficult situations, JP-Parts may seek the judgment of Japanese courts, in accordance with Japanese law, to ensure a fair resolution as necessary.
